Recipe: My Go-To Yogurt Bowl
I love a good smoothie bowl. However, over the winter months I was often too cold to eat them. That is where my love for yogurt bowls began! I still got all the fun toppings and yummy flavors, but the temperature didn’t make me run to take a hot bath to thaw out afterwards.
One of the best parts about these bowls is that you can prep them in advance and then add your toppings the morning of. They are protein packed, fiber filled and will absolutely keep you satisfied until lunch.
I choose to add frozen, wild blueberries to mine because they are my fav. But, as with all recipes, you make this your own. That is the beauty of food- it is flexible, changeable and customizable based on individual needs. Hope that you love this recipe- it is definitely kid approved, too!
