 B.B.Wellness: At Home

  • Initial Health Consultation– During this 30 minute meeting we discuss your health and lifestyle goals. Each person has their nutritional needs and goals- I cater to your unique needs to help create the right program for you. We assess where you are, where you’d like to be- and together how we can get you there and keep you there.
  • Wellness Concierge Program- Support and consulting for 12 x 50 minute sessions (2 per month for 6 months) with a  plan that supports your goals and lifestyle.
    • Why six months? Six months is the amount of time proven to make life long changes- we set accessible goals at each session that in the end build a strong, healthy foundation for a lifetime. Transformation takes dedication and work- the support and accountability of a health coach makes all the difference! Think of me as your “Wellness Concierge” for the next six months- always there when you need me.
    • The Details:
      • Learn about what foods truly nourish your body and “unlearn” old food myths
      • Understand how sleep, stress, time management and daily routines can impact the way that you feel each day
      • Develop an exercise profile and routine based on how you like to move. Exercise and movement should feel good and be fun!
      • Provide new, creative and delicious recipes that will keep you on track to meet your goals and keep meal time exciting
      • Learn how to develop weekly meal plans, healthy shopping and snack lists based on your personal tastes
      • Provide easy tips and tools to keep you healthy while you travel, eat out and or are too busy to plan ahead
      • Daily support, accountability and new ways to keep you motivated

B.B.Wellness: At Work

  • Workplace Wellness programs promote change at both an individual and organizational level by:
    • Using data from biometric screenings (done through the support of company insurance provider) and health assessments to determine the optimal approach for broadest participation and benefit
    • Increasing health knowledge and comfort
    • Encouraging employees to begin/maintain more active lifestyles
    • Promote weight management to reduce the risk of developing obesity, Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.
