Whole30- 5 Day Meal Plan

I talked in my last post about how important preparing for the Whole30 is to being successful. I wanted to share with you the menu that I created for my first 5 days on the program. I used a combination of the recipes from the book (which are AWESOME!) and some of my own. The best part is that I was never hungry on the meals I was eating- I felt full, satisfied and fantastic!

  • Breakfast: Whole30 Kitchen Sink Scrambled Eggs (page 202)
  • Lunch: Whole30 Mexican Tuna Boats (page 238)
  • Dinner: Whole30 Citrus Glazed Snowy Grouper with Cauliflower Rice (page 240, 272)
