Recipe: Banana Free Beauty Smoothie

This recipe is one that I will have on repeat. I have been asked a lot lately for good smoothie recipes that have no bananas in them. While I adore bananas I know that not everyone does- and this smoothie recipe doesn’t have me missing a thing! This gorgeous smoothie has me craving the long, hot summer days. It just tasted like sunshine in a glass. Perfect!

Banana Free Beauty Smoothie

  • 1 cup nut milk, unsweetened (almond, brazil, cashew, coconut)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup peaches, frozen & unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup mangoes, frozen & unsweetened
  • 3/4 cup wild blueberries, frozen
  • 1 Tbsp. gluten-free oats
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut butter, raw & organic
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh

Directions: Blend in a high speed blender until completely smooth and top with your favorite superfoods! (I added Bee Pollen since all of our allergies are going crazy from pollen)

This smoothie is sweet, tart, creamy and cold- all the things you want when you are enjoying a morning smoothie. I hope you enjoy it! I think I need to make one this morning- I am craving one after writing this 😉
