My Bookshelf: What I am reading right now

I love books. In my mind you can never know or read too much- which is probably one of the reasons I am so passionate about nutrition. The information is always changing, the science is always evolving and no two people are alike. I am thankful that there are so many resources available to pull from when I am working with client’s and have always been one to just get absolutely lost in the pages of a book!

I wanted to share what I’ve got on my bookshelf right now. What I read changes based on what is going on at the time. For example, when I am on the Whole30 I read a lot about elimination diets, food sensitivities and allergies. If I have a client that is working on boosting her fertility by changing her diet my shelf will have books on pregnancy, fertility and maternal health.

See what I mean? Books have a way of helping gather the right information at just the right time. These books are some of my favorites as of late:
