Whole30: Week 2

Good morning and happy Sunday! Hope that you are all having a great start to your week. Before the week gets away from me, I wanted to share our menu for week 2 on the Whole30. Things have been going really well the first week (other than the occasional night sweats, which are crazy!) The food has been delicious and moods have been high. This week we have some really beautiful recipes lined up. I am going to share an image of our menu plan and then all the recipes will be linked below for you.

As always, never hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions about what I am sharing. Happy to help any way that I can.

Have a great rest of the weekend!

No Crumbs Left: Romesco Sauce

Detoxinista: Egg Roll in a Bowl (use coconut amino for the tamari)

Turmeric Crusted Salmon

Love and Lemons: Spinach and Harissa Shakshuka (top with avocado and parsley, also we do 6 eggs not 4)

Defined Dish: Whole30 Broccoli Casserole

Olive You Whole: Big Game Mexican Potato Cakes

  2. Good morning, Kathryn! You are 100% spot on! I did attend Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Attending IIN changed the path that my life was on and has allowed me to start the most fulfilling business imaginable. I am happy to answer any questions that you have, and in the meantime, here is a link to the curriculum guide: https://geti.in/2EcMjd7
