YOUR Healthiest Holiday 2016: Online Program Offering

Good morning, everyone!

I have been talking to so many friends, clients and people lately that are worried about staying on track with their health goals over the holidays.

There are holiday parties, cookies at the office, parties at school, cocktails and family gatherings. So much of the next 6 weeks centers around indulging and food.

I know from working with clients that it is 100% possible to improve your health- even during the holiday season. I want to help you achieve your goals of great health and happiness by giving you YOUR Healthiest Holiday 2016.

This online program is convenient as it is hosted via a closed Facebook group titled: B.B. Wellness: Your Healthiest Holiday 2016. This will be a place over the next six weeks to share goals, obstacles, recipes, workouts, ideas, banter and laughter while the holidays are in full swing.

As a certified health coach, I will be moderating, supporting and coaching this group, starting discussions and answering any of your questions for the duration of the 6 weeks. This will be an engaging space with no judgement where we can get to know each other and support each other every step of the way towards meeting your goals.

It is possible to create better health during the holidays- and I firmly believe there is strength in numbers. We can do this together!

We are going to have a Healthy Holiday theme each day to get you all thinking of little ways that you can improve your health. There will be fitness challenges, wellness tips and dialogue around creating goals that you can successfully achieve.

I am beyond thrilled for this six weeks together and know that together, we can do anything. Let’s make this holiday YOUR happiest and healthiest yet!

Program Details:

Virtual Doors Open: Sunday, November 20. The week of Thanksgiving when all of the action begins!

Virtual Doors Close: Saturday, December 31- the very last day of 2016.

Cost: $42.00 USD. $1.00 for each of the 42 days (6 weeks) that we are together. This one dollar a day is a commitment to the goals you set for yourself for the 6 weeks.

Payments are made via PayPal to: b.b.wellness.contact@gmail.com and I will be sending each participant an invoice for their convenience.

Once I receive a payment you will be enrolled and I will add you to the closed Facebook group. This time together is going to be so beneficial, but most importantly, FUN!
